Ann Arbor is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ann Arbor follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Simply amazing. Barely felt the injection. Dr Ash and his team are thorough and empathetic. Highly recommend them

Dr Ash is exemplary in his caring and compassion. I highly recommend him. I still recall him squeezing me in for a Friday end of day root canal 20 years ago. My pain level had been through the roof, and the procedure felt like a miracle cure. Recently, I returned to Dr Ash a new issue. The crown had failed, and the tooth decay had set in. I had consulted multiple dentists on the issue, so by the time I got to Dr. Ash, I was in a lot of pain. He was very patient in diagnosing the issue, and he was kind to my three part root canal retreatment into his already full schedule. The procedure itself entailed minimal pain. Dr Ash was quick to top off the anesthetic if I felt any pain. Within hours of the procedure, I felt better than when I arrived.

I had a persistent tooth ache and was referred to Dr. Ash by my dentist for further evaluation. He managed to fit me into his schedule at very short notice. He imaged the area and explained his findings to me and why one should wait with further treatment until it is obvious that the root is infected and not merely irritated. I eventually did need a root canal but I felt that Dr Ash is treating patients only as much as is required with the goal of preserving as much of the natural structures of a patient's teeth as possible (which is an important factor for me to trust a physician).

Dr. Ash is the most thorough endodontist possible. He spent 2 hours one day, and almost 2 hours another day, on my root canal. (And he charges the same price, no matter how long it takes.) I experienced NO pain, and he took xrays throughout the process so he could ensure he got all the roots. I had a root canal done in the past by a regular dentist, and it's caused me sinus problems ever since, from bacteria getting trapped up there I am sure this will never happen with the root canal Dr. Ash did, and I am going to have him correct the other root canal done by the former dentist. I honestly believe there's NO ONE out there that could do a better job than Dr. Ash. He's a perfectionist and really cares about his patients.

I've now had two root canals with Dr. Ash. He and his staff are wonderful! I was absolutely terrified before the first one, but he was very patient in answering all my questions. Let's face it: No one wants to get a root canal. However, he makes the process pain free and as easy as possible. I really appreciated the cost estimate up front, along with the (short) explanations of what was being done during the actual procedure. I hope I never have to have another root canal procedure, but if I do I'd go straight back to Dr. Ash!
